RULES AND RGULATIONS OF THE NATIONAL PARKS

Gypsy with less than six tourists would not be allowed to enter into the park. If anyone wants to enter the park with lesser number of tourist he will be required to make the payment at least six tourist, here you have to pay per seat.

For Tour Organizer/Operators seeking advance booking would be required to the time of reservation and nationality etc. In prescribed Performa, random checking at the time of actual visit may be done on the basis of information submitted at the time of advance reservations. For Indian tourist also details of names and address would be required for at the advance reservation.

Note on advance information and prepayments at least 60 days in advance jeep drive are possible to arrange, subject to availability with the forest department as per the rules of the Forest Department. Only 30 jeeps are allowed in the Panna National Park per trip. Similarly, In the Bandhavgarh 30 Seats from Tala gate and 50 Jeeps from each other gates. In Kanha all together 150 Jeeps are allowed. In Tadoba only 20 Jeeps are allowed and in Pench National Park 20 Jeeps are allowed .

Terms of Booking

• • Right of Admission is reserved with The Forest Department.
• • In all National Park's, Jeep cannot inter in to the Park with less than 06 people. If you want to inter with lesser No. you have to pay for all 06 Seats.
• • Kindly note that as per the Forest Department regulations, afternoon safari drives will not be conducted in any National Park at Madhya Pradesh on Wednesdays.
• • In all parks of Madhya Pradesh if you will add any extra person after the confirmation you need to pay park entry fees again per person per safari under the add-on policy of the Park.
• • Park may be closed without any prior notice to visitor.
• • Once the jeep/canter is booked on the name of the party/group the Entrance Fees (only) of booking is neither refundable nor adjustable in any National Park.
• • Anyhow No refund/No amendment/No cancellation is permissible after confirmed booking.
• • Bookings are non-transferable.
• • Reserved seats cannot be resold / exchanged with any other visitor.
• • Identity proof is must before entry into the park.
• • Cost of Ticket and Accessories may change after booking and visitor will be liable to pay the difference at the time of entry into the park in case of any revision in rates.
